We have heard about white rice or brown rice but have you heard about black rice? It’s so delicious and it’s probably the most nutritious rice so far. This high fibre food contains 5.7g fibre in 100g and this is the highest fibre rice we have been able to find. If you love your red or green Thai curry give it a try with Sainsbury’s Thai black rice. You will avoid sugar crash so you won’t feel like falling asleep afterwards and you won’t get hungry that quickly. Win win.
