PRODUCT OF THE WEEK: FOODS HIGH IN FIBRE ‐ GRANOLA HONEY & NUTS

This high fibre granola by Rude Health is mixed with roasted hazelnuts and almonds and it contains: wheat, rice, barley, spelt, rye, oat and buckwheat…very exciting! You surely won’t get bored with it quickly. The fibre content is 8g of fibre in 100g and it’s a big yes in your balanced diet. You can have it for breakfast or your 11 o’clock snack. You can also mix it with your milkshake. Delicious!
