Fit Indeed provides online live classes to re-shape your body and relax your mind. For the highest quality, Fit Indeed combines two key elements: HiiT training and pilates. HiiT (High Intensity Inteval Training) section will help you burn fat faster and keep your heart healthy, while pilates matwork will tone your total body, create lean muscle, make your abdominals flat and improve your posture.
The class ends with mindful stretching (with optional 10min meditation after the class) to improve your flexibility and leave you feeling calm & relaxed, ready for bed.
Classes are run through zoom, every Monday 6:50pm.
