After university, when Marzena started her first office job, she quickly realized that sitting for hours in front of a computer was taking a toll on her back. The pain worried her deeply, prompting her to search for a solution. That’s when she discovered Pilates. She was drawn to its focus on abdominals (she’s always been a bit obsessed with flat abs), and its promise to alleviate back pain. She started practicing Pilates, and miraculously, her back pain disappeared. From that moment, she wanted one day to become a certified instructor.
Her journey took a poignant turn when her father fell ill. He needed help to strengthen his body and lose weight. Seeing his struggle, Mazena was determined to help. She decided to get certified in Pilates in 2013, driven by the desire to support her father and share the healing power of Pilates with others. Since then, she has been dedicated to instructing Pilates matwork, transforming lives with her passion and expertise.

In 2013, Marzena founded FiT Indeed while also working in various companies. She became one of the pioneering instructors to explore online Pilates, which led to features in Fit & Well magazine. Her journey has brought her the honor of interviewing several inspiring stars, including Linda Barker, Mark Foster, Natalie Lowe, and Ian Waite.
When she is not making people sweat or stretch, she is spending time with her second half or catching waves somewhere in the world!
