-are carefully structured in 3 sections: HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training, Pilates and Mindful Stretching.
– High Intensity Interval Training, more intense, faster exercises raising heart rate and burning fat faster. Exercises used in HIIT are mainly pilates exercises that are performed at faster pace. There might be some high impact exercises included as well to raise heart rate more and burn more fat. HIIT will last 10min of the whole workout. Can be performed at slower pace depending on individual needs. This is first part of HiiT Pilates Live Online classes.
– to tone the whole body, remove imbalance in the body, reduce stress, back pain and improve posture. Pilates will concentrate on core workout and/or lower body plus getting your back stronger. This workout performed regularly will get your muscles long and lean and the body will start looking smooth. This is second part of HiiT Pilates Live Online classes.
– in this element we are trying to connect with the body through deep stretches, making the body more flexible so as becoming more present and getting out of the head. This is de-stress section making you feel more relaxed, concentrating on the breathing and really getting the body stretchy. Some elements of yoga might be included. And this is last part of HiiT Pilates Live classes, my favourite because I love the body and mind.
