Our HIIT Pilates Canada Water class is thoughtfully structured into three sections: 10 minutes of HIIT, 40 minutes of Pilates, and 10 minutes of yoga-inspired mindful stretching. You’ll also enjoy the benefits of an aromatherapeutic setup with essential oils that will leave you feeling both energized and relaxed.

  • HIIT: This high-intensity interval training keeps your heart healthy, improves endurance, and helps burn fat and calories quickly.
