Fit Indeed provides in-person, zoom classes and on-demand to re-shape your body and relax your mind. Fit Indeed combines two key elements: HIIT training and pilates. HIIT section will help you burn fat faster and keep your heart healthy, while pilates will tone your total body, create lean muscle, flatten your abdominals, improve your posture and reduces back pain. Classes are run every Monday 18:50 on Zoom and every Wednesday 18:30 in City Island, Canning Town London. On-Demand can be accessed anytime.
