So so happy you’ve reserved your spot!! You’re in for an amazing experience with our HIIT Pilates class. We’ll kick things off with a dynamic 10-minute High-Intensity Interval Training session, designed to boost your endurance and maximize fat and calorie burn. Following that, we’ll transition into Pilates matwork, targeting your entire body to enhance muscle tone, posture, flexibility, and alleviate any back discomfort. To finish, we’ll indulge in soothing, mindful stretches to leave you feeling utterly relaxed and serene.

And if you’d like, you’re more than welcome to join us for a 10-minute meditation session, perfect for grounding yourself after a long day at work. Rest assured, I’ve got everything covered for you!
