We’ll kick things off with a dynamic 10-minute High-Intensity Interval Training session, designed to boost your endurance and maximize fat and calorie burn. Following that, we’ll transition into Pilates matwork, targeting your entire body to enhance muscle tone, posture, flexibility, and alleviate any back discomfort. To finish, we’ll indulge in soothing, mindful stretches to leave you feeling utterly relaxed and serene.
